How to use these blends

For Diffusers: 6–8 drops per 200 mL water, 20 min on / 40 min off cycles. Or add to a diffuser base at 20-30% (depending on your base's usage guidelines) and place in a glass or ceramic vessel and insert reeds or a charcoal wand.

As a Body Mist: Dilute 15 drops synergy in 30 mL witch‑hazel hydrosol; shake before spritzing (avoid direct skin if sun‑exposed citrus oils present).

As After‑Sun Lotion: Blend at 1–2 % in aloe‑vera gel or lightweight carrier for post‑sun cooling.

To store the blends, put in amber glass bottle with a firmly sealing cap, away from heat & light; best to use within 12 months.
